The material is carbon steel ASTM1045 equivalent to GB45. Also we can provide other carbon steel or brass forging parts with machining process. We provide the completed finished parts which includes forging, machining, painting, power coating, or e-coating surface finishing. We provide completed quality service. All dimensions will get CMM inspection for prototype and provide Cpk data. Material verifying including mechanical properties, chemical composition, microstructure. Also we set up traveling to site every 1~2 weeks. We implement quality system under TS16949. Also we are good at quality evaluation and provide correction action on site and report to oversea customer with picture or video synchronizedly. We cut the first piece of sample to check the inside structure of forging to check metal flow. The routine quality checking for casting is mechanical properties, chemical composition, microstructure and hardness. Sometime, we also do the parts performance experiment based on customer design parameter. The PPAP will be submitted when delivery first batch samples as prototype.
